About SoleScout

SoleScout is a product discovery and affiliate website. We do not sell running shoes directly. Every product on SoleScout links to a third-party retailer — primarily Amazon Australia — where you complete your purchase. SoleScout earns a small commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you.

Because we never process payments or hold stock, all returns, refunds, and shipping are handled directly by the retailer from whom you purchased.

Amazon Australia Purchases

Most products on SoleScout link to Amazon Australia. Amazon's standard return policy applies:

Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery for most items
Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging where required
Refund processing: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of Amazon receiving the returned item

Other Retailers

Occasionally, SoleScout may link to other Australian retailers. In these cases, the retailer's own returns policy applies. Please check the retailer's website or your order confirmation for their specific return conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipping is managed by the retailer you purchase from. For Amazon Australia:

Remote areas: May take longer depending on your location
Free shipping: Available on eligible orders over AU$49 (subject to Amazon's current threshold)
Amazon Prime: Prime members may qualify for faster or free delivery on eligible items
